We were commissioned to transform a disused hotel in Aberdour, Scotland, into a bright, modern office space for our clients, the marketing specialists Where Giants Roam. This listed building needed to be stripped right back to the brick before we could start to work on the space. We then kicked off by replacing the electrical and plumbing services throughout.

The roof and windows were replaced with like-for-like materials to remain faithful to the original character, while the interiors were reimagined with a fresh, contemporary feel. Playful design elements were introduced throughout to bring energy and personality into the space.

A standout feature of the project is the custom-built, fully powder-coated staircase—an architectural centrepiece that combines striking design with full compliance to building regulations.

Throughout the building there are pops of colour and design details uniquely manufactured and designed for the space including the bold, eye-catching tiles in the bathroom. The purpose built desk stations, fully laminated bespoke kitchen units and custom display units were manufactured in our workshop and transferred to site for installation.
