PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
High-Volume Exhibition Experience: Elvis On Tour, The O2 London
We delivered the fabrication and installation of Elvis On Tour at The O2, London, creating a dynamic and durable exhibition environment designed to accommodate high visitor volumes while showcasing iconic artefacts from the Graceland Archives.
Working in collaboration with Cubit and the curatorial team, the project brought together stage costumes, personal items, and interpretive displays within a carefully structured layout that balanced storytelling with visitor flow. The environment was designed to withstand sustained interaction, with robust construction and detailing to ensure longevity across the exhibition’s duration.
Our role included coordinating multiple contractors and work packages, integrating joinery, graphics, AV, and lighting into a cohesive and fully functional space. Careful planning and sequencing allowed for safe installation within a live venue, ensuring compliance with all operational and CDM requirements while maintaining programme certainty.
Close communication with stakeholders ensured that all elements were delivered to specification, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency throughout. The exhibition’s popularity resulted in extended dwell times and repeat visits, placing additional emphasis on circulation, durability, and ongoing performance.
The completed exhibition provides an engaging and resilient visitor experience, combining cultural storytelling with a high-quality, carefully executed physical environment.
