We were delighted to return to Cask & Vine on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile to deliver a fully bespoke refit of their basement. The brief was to transform the compact area into an inviting space for wine and whisky tasting experiences—and everything you see, from floor to ceiling, was custom-designed for this project.

The walls are lined with handcrafted solid oak and oak veneer display units, manufactured in our in-house workshop before being expertly installed on site. For the ceiling, where height was limited, we designed mirrored panels to create the illusion of space and carry light throughout the room.

The flooring continues the refined aesthetic, with French-polished solid oak flowing seamlessly through every corner. We also manufactured and installed a bespoke solid oak door and screen with privacy glass, allowing natural light to filter into the basement while subtly dividing the space to make it feel more expansive and welcoming.

This project is a great example of how we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create unique, functional, and beautiful interiors. Every element was made to measure—nothing off the shelf, every inch tailored to fit the space.
